Who Is PT? We Are Worshipers!
Isaiah 29:13 God’s Word Translation
The Lord says, “These people worship me with their mouths and honor me with their lips. But their hearts are far from me… John 4:23-24 God’s Word Translation
Indeed, the time is coming, and it is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth. The Father is looking for people like that to worship him. God is a spirit. Those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.”
Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer (set at hand) your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is true worship.

- Welcomers
- Word Centered
- Workers (Serve)
- Watchmen (Pray)
- Worshipers
Three types of individuals God searches for:
- Intercessors (Watchmen) Ezekiel 22:31
- The Lost (Who do not have Christ in their lives) (Luke 19:10)
- Worshipers (John 4:23)
Praise vs. Worship:
PRAISE places a value on what God does.
WORSHIP which is defined as Worth (value) and Ship (position) ⇒ Places God in a position of worth because of who He is.
VALUE is defined by what Time, Talent, and Treasure we give to a thing.
Question: How would God grade your worship?
Romans 12:1 TNIVTherefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer (set at hand) your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is true worship.
So, what does worship look like? Jesus says, “Give me something to drink.”
