The next Watch Care Membership Class will be held at PT (on the 2nd floor of 345 Washington Street). This class serves those living in the area on a short term basis (i.e., college students or others on assignment) who would like to join the Church. Please see Sis. Debbie Plummer for an application which must be submitted prior to the class.

After 11:00 am service - PT will hold Thanksgiving Sunday. Immediately after the 11:00 am service, the Food Pantry team will distribute Market Basket gift certificates and fruit to families who need a little extra help this year.  If you or someone you know would like to receive a gift bag, please see either Sis. Sharon Walcott or Sis. Stephanie Richardson or call the church (617-661-0222, press #2 for the Food Pantry) by Wednesday, November 14th.

The next Christian Foundation Class will begin. This class is for those who are new believers or just desire to know more about Christianity. Please call or email the church to sign up. Contact Elder Roy Ray with questions.

Sunday Service, in celebration of PT’s 80th anniversary, will be held at St. Paul A.M.E.’s Christian Life Center.

An RSVP is required by October 16th, 2007. Attire is semi-formal, and the cost is $80 for adults, $35 for children. The luncheon will take place in the Grand Ballroom of the Royal Sonesta Hotel.

PT will celebrate its 80th year with an Anniversary Celebration Weekend. All are welcome to join us for: a Celebration Concert on Friday evening, an Anniversary Banquet on Saturday afternoon (with special guest recording artists), and a Special Anniversary Service on Sunday morning. The Anniversary Banquet costs $80 per adult and $35 per child. RSVPs are only required for the Anniversary Banquet. Further details are available at the 80th table downstairs after services and invitations will be available (for members) next Sunday (Aug. 12).

Everyone is also invited to place advertisements in our 80th Program Book. Please download the 80th Anniversary Celebration Program Book Guidelines and submit the contained form to address specified within.

The Change Agents Ministry (young adults) will host a Coffeehouse. Come join us for poetry, spoken word, and song. For those interested in sharing their talent, please see a CA leader.

New Member’s Class begins those seeking full membership at PT.  Please see Bro. Quaime Lee (Qvlee@msn.com) for an application or with questions.

The Change Agents (CA) will hold a Winter Clothing Drive. We will collect fall/winter clothing (jackets, scarves, gloves, etc.) for men, women, and children in need in the Area 4 community and beyond this winter. Donation bins are located in the Lower Auditorium. See any CA Leaders for more details.
